The Adventures of Detective DD: The Case of the Missing Jelly Donut
The Adventures of Detective DD is about a young black adventurous girl detective and her trusted puppy companion Tackleberry whom only speaks to her, going from solving imaginary cases to solving real ones.
Detective DD loses her companion and goes on a neighborhood search with fliers and posters to find him with the help of friends & family until he's found and brought safely home, resolved, unkept and dirty by those who held and planned on keeping him.
Dorothy Ann McClinton was born in Mississippi in 1951. Raised and went to school in Compton, California. She worked for Long Beach Unified School District in physical education. She also worked for the Long Beach City College in the financial department. She's currently married to her husband Tony Lee McClinton and reside in Thousand Oaks, CA.
